Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient management of working capital, with a balance between risk and profitability. Finance manager plans the finance strategy to ensure the availability of funding sources and register the operation indicators as a tool for the organization management. Supervision of Finance department, analyze the consolidated financial statements, management of company treasury and bank accounts, prepare the accounting and tax strategy, control of company assets, control of the budget of company departments, management of cash flow, management of provider’s relationship, taxes documentation and payroll payment each 15 days.

Tech skills (must):

• Experience in team leadership
• Financial analysis and legal issues related to the Costa Rican bureaucracy.
