Assist in the definition and documentation of the PMO processes, providing all information relating to projects required by financial and management areas of the company, such as reports, project status summary, billing plans and deliverables, future resource requirements, etc. Estimate the number of people required for the execution of the project and ensures adequate resource allocation, delegating tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate people. Manage the relationship and communication with customer representatives during the project ensuring task assignments are correct, project objectives are clear, goals are achieved and all communications are effective.
We are seeking a bilingual (English) individual with a bachelor’s degree in information technology (MBA or PMI Certificate are desirable), and a minimum of 5 years in similar positions.
